Guides for importing spreadsheets, generating invoices, and sending bills.

1. Import

Upload an Excel or CSV file. Map columns such as client, description, quantity, and amount. DocuBills creates draft invoices from each row group.

2. Review

Check taxes, payment details, and the invoice template. Edit line items before you generate HTML and PDF files.

3. Send

Email the invoice from the app, include a payment link when configured, and track open or paid status from the invoice list.
